At Satoon e Naiki Welfare Organization, we are committed to sustainable solutions that address Pakistan’s water crisis. Our latest initiative, the Rainwater Harvesting & Eco-Friendly Mosque Project, is a groundbreaking step towards conserving water and promoting environmental sustainability.
How Our Project Works
Rainwater Harvesting & Water Reuse System:
All rainwater and ablution (وضو) water is collected and stored in a specially designed water chamber.
This water is then filtered and used for gardening and plantation.
The excess water is redirected to injection wells, which recharge underground water reserves.
Eco-Friendly Impact:
Reduces water wastage and prevents urban flooding.
Supports greenery by providing sustainable irrigation.
Contributes to climate action by preserving natural water resources.
Why Mosques?
Every day, thousands of liters of water are used in mosques for ablution. Instead of letting it go to waste, our system captures, filters, and reuses this water for environmental betterment.
